Make your robot talk! This speech synthesizer
can remember up to 30 phrases with a total of 1925 characters.
Repeats a given phrase in response to a simple command from your
microcontroller. Interfaces easily
with the Mark III or your own robot design.
Comes completely assembled - this is not a kit.
Built-in speaker and speech synthesizer chip forms a
complete text-to-speech solution which can be controlled
via a serial connection, a parallel connection, or an
I²C bus. Comes with a Windows application to configure
the speech volume, pitch, speed, and stored text - these
parameters can also be controlled directly from a microcontroller.
This item can be connected directly to a USB port on your computer using the optional USB to I2C Interface Module.
